Pizza

Major announcements (yes TWO) coming soon.... as in tomorrow! Stay tuned for some mind blowing news! Mind blowing is probably a bit strong but you get my point!

After work I went walking with Karina around down town. The air was crisp and the sun was shinning on us. We stopped at Goodwill to look at Halloween costumes but didn't find anything.

Once our walk was done we headed to her house for dinner. Karina had made home made pizza that was delicious. I swear that there is nothing she can't make!

Here is how to make her pizza:

Step #1 Become Karina's friend.
Step #2 Get invited to dinner.
Step # 3 Put marina sauce on dough, top with garlic, mozzarella and basil.

Step #4 Cover baking stone with corn meal.

Step #5 Transfer pizza onto hot baking stone. This transfers is a 2P MAX Scoot-for you my co-workers!

Step #6 While baking pizza check on it frequently and add more cheese becasue more cheese=yummier!

Step #7 Pull pizza out of oven and place on cutting board. Then enjoy!

For dessert we had pumpkin pie, gingerbread cookies and way too much whipped cream! We then watched Biggest Loser... oh the irony! Hey, at least we went for a walk!
